Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Parlaresoft. This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available.

1. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

Exception: If you experience a service outage that causes your AI agent to be unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end, you may request a prorated credit for the affected days. Credits are applied to future billing periods.

The one-time activation fee covers the labor cost of deploying and configuring your AI agent. This fee is:

3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days following your agent's activation, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee by contacting us at support@parlaresoft.com. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@parlaresoft.com with your account email address and a brief description of your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
